The organisation Hand in Hand for Women is looking for volunteers for digital book circles

The organisation Hand in Hand For Women works for foreign women's integration and holds digital book circles to build a stronger society, improve participants' Swedish, encourage them to read, make more friends from different cultures and learn Swedish culture, history and literature. The current number of participants in the book circle is 150 people and there is a strong need for about 15 volunteers.

Your task as a volunteer:

You will guide the participants so that everyone can be heard, keep the common thread and reconnect to issues and goals.
You learn together from each other's experiences and knowledge, as well as from the study material you use. As a volunteer, you don't need to have more knowledge about the subject.

Specific requirements and information: 
You need to be able to read and discuss the material. You need to be a mentor and guide the participants. You must also speak Swedish.
Minimum time commitment: 
Each period takes about two months. You will meet the participants once a week.
When and where will the volunteering take place: 
Online. Meeting with authors will be held both in person and digitally.
