Designing for Children´s Rights (D4CR Malmö) needs your help! Be part of our team!

Designing for Children’s Rights (D4CR) is a global initiative that first, and foremost aims to keep children’s rights in mind when creating new products and services for and/or with children. D4CR’s goal is setting new standards when designing for children and adolescents. We do this through practical action and raising awareness on children’s rights. As well as through regarding needs in business, service and product design processes.
Save the Children Malmö has an active role in developing this initiative locally.
Who are we looking for?
We are now looking for more people to join our organizing team for our Malmö local chapter! 👊🏼
The organizing team is split into two working teams: Social Media and Outreach/Events
Social Media is currently looking for
- Designers (should have skills in Adobe or Canva)
- Researchers (research topics for upcoming campaigns)
- Community Manager (actively communicate/engage with the community via SoMe)
Outreach/Events is looking for:
- Community Manager (actively contribute to building the community)
- Researchers (research other organizations and initiatives to collaborate with)
- Facilitators (plan and facilitate events)
Our meetings are held in English.

Minsta åtagande
Being in a working team consists of 1-2 hours per week. As we are all volunteers, we are flexible with the work but appreciate people who are good at communicating in advance and respect other people’s time. We hope we can collaborate well together but if the organization team is not for you, we welcome you to join our community of Contributors. A D4CR Contributor signs up to our emailing list and attends our Malmö Talks and events.
När och var sker uppdraget
This is a continuous assignment. The times for our meetings are flexible and agreed upon in advance, but usually occur during afternoons/evenings. We have meetings online through either Teams or Zoom. As restrictions are easing, we hope to have physical meet-ups in Malmö soon.
