Lawyer assistance needed | AIESEC in Sweden
Your role would involve:
- Contracts: Reviewing agreements with partners/suppliers and ensuring the legal compliance of our Outgoing Global Volunteer (OGV) and Incoming Global Talent (IGT) exchange program contracts.
- Compliance: Providing guidance on corporate governance and legal requirements for non-profits in Sweden.
- General Counsel: Advising on general legal questions related to our operations, including data privacy.
We are looking for a lawyer qualified to practice in Sweden with professional experience in corporate and/or contract law. The time commitment is flexible and based on when matters arise.
