Logistics and Operations Lead
- Lead all logistics and operations for TEDxStockholm 2026.
- Plan and coordinate event setup and teardown, ensuring everything is in place on time.
- Act as the main contact for vendors and partners regarding deliveries and logistics.
- Coordinate volunteers handling materials and logistics before, during, and after the event.
- Manage procurement and orders, including equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Oversee merchandise planning, from design and inventory to ordering.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, securing cost-effective and sustainable purchases.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
- Excellent at communication and coordination.
- Brings structure, energy, and commitment, ensuring flawless event execution.

Minimum commitment
Starting January 2026, this volunteer role requires approximately 2–4 hours per week.
When and where the opportunity takes place
Needs to be available in Stockholm city. Meetings are scheduled based on volunteers’ availability, and event venues are shared once they are confirmed.
