Responsible for music and sound atmosphere throughout the event.

Job duties

• Manage music system and sound levels

• Compile and categorize the teams' submitted playlists

• Play the teams' submitted playlists

• Customize music after matches, breaks and activities

• Contribute to high energy and positive event experience

• Collaborate with speaker team and live stream team

• Good sense of music and crowd atmosphere

• Technical understanding of audio equipment

• Social and energetic personality

• Ability to improvise and read the mood in the arena

Minimum commitment

Overall working hours Staff work during the following hours: · Friday: 08:00–22:30 · Saturday: 08:00–22:30 · Sunday: 08:00–13:00 Staffing note Due to the long tournament days, two staff shifts may be required on Friday and Saturday.

When and where the opportunity takes place

The assignment will be carried out continuously indoors on the artificial turf field in Prioritet Serneke Arena, Krutvägen 2-4, 415 27 Gothenburg from October 30 to November 1, 2026. For this role, some work will also take place a couple of days before the tournament itself to compile and categorize the teams' submitted playlists.

As a volunteer, you will be part of a dedicated team in Prioritet Serneke Arena, where 50+ teams from all over the world compete during the Halloween weekend on 29/10-1/11.
