At Action 10, we are dedicated to fighting poverty through international partnership and sustainable development. As a non-profit organization, our impact depends entirely on the generosity of our donors in Sweden and abroad. We are looking to expand our reach, elevate our visibility, and grow our donor base—and that’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do
As a Campaign and Crowdfunding Specialist, you will be a driving force behind our digital outreach. You will work both independently and collaboratively with a passionate team to:
- Amplify Our Voice: Increase Action 10’s visibility and activity across all relevant crowdfunding channels.
- Craft the Message: Compose compelling, persuasive campaign texts that connect donors directly to our mission.
- Drive Strategy: Proactively design Campaigns and optimize existing crowdfunding initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
We need a self-starter who knows how to engage an audience and turn clicks into contributions. Our ideal volunteer brings:
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience working with creative writing, crowdfunding, fundraising, or similar resource-mobilization activities within Sweden.
- A Proactive Mindset: Someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and brings fresh ideas to the table.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative individual who communicates effectively within a diverse, purpose-driven team.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft powerful, action-oriented campaign copy.

Minimum commitment

When and where the opportunity takes place
2 hours in person (1st Tuesday evening/month) and 2 hours online (3rd Tuesday evening/month), plus ad hoc team meetings.
