đAIESEC in Sweden, a non-profit organization focused on youth leadership development, is looking for a law student interested in practising, or a qualified lawyer, to provide legal guidance. We need practical, professional advice to ensure our operations are legally sound.
đYour role would involve:

- Contracts: Reviewing agreements with partners/suppliers and ensuring the legal compliance of our Outgoing Global Exchanges and Incoming Global Internship programme contracts.
- Compliance: Providing guidance on corporate governance and legal requirements for non-profits in Sweden.
- General Counsel: Advising on general legal questions related to our operations, including data privacy.
đWe are looking for a law student or lawyer qualified to practice in Sweden with professional experience in corporate and/or contract law. The time commitment is flexible and based on when matters arise, but support will be needed at least once per semester.
