SHOCKHOLM - Assistant Creative Producers
Want to help produce a stage show, parade, costume competition and all sorts of other creative projects? Now's your chance!
Shockholm is Europe's largest Halloween Creative Festival Parade, and we need YOU to help us develop the quality Social, Creative, Charity and extreme FUN the Shockholm tradition has become! It builds over Shockholm Halloweeks in October, leading up to festival day October 31 where thousands of happy, creative souls will gather in the heart of the city, at Sergelstorg, 19:00, to celebrate together. This year's theme is about passion, summed up in the Burning Heart 'Burning Hearts Club' campaign and burning heart installation - just wait until you hear what that's about!
We will need an Assistant Creative Producer to help ensure key parts, including the Shockholm Parade, Stage Show, Park, Costume Contest & Live Stream continue and grow along the lines of what we have built over these first 15 years.
Prep work starts in late August with a flexible schedule; it will get a bit heavier with weeks 43 & 44. Including a general rehearsal of the show, building to October 31, which will be a great and intense day. Will you be part of making Shockholm #16 the best? We hope so!

Minimum commitment
Meetings every two weeks starting in late August. Flexible, mostly remote tasks at your pace in between - a dress rehearsal and helping out on the big day itself, Halloween.

Meetings are remote or in central Stockholm, the event itself is in Sergelstorg Stockholm.
