As a volunteer leader with us, you become an important part of a warm and inclusive community. You will have the chance to inspire others to move and improve their health, while also developing your own skills and gaining new experiences.
What makes this role special are often the people. The joy of the participants, the sense of community in the groups, and the feeling of contributing to something meaningful create memories and relationships that last a long time.
Together, we make it easier and more enjoyable for more people to stay active. As an instructor or referee, you become part of a committed team where we support each other, grow together, and have fun along the way.
We offer:
- Introduction and mentor support at the start
- Opportunities to develop in your leadership role
- Experience within the voluntary sports sector
- Social activities, including kick-off and closing events with all instructors
- A positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Minimum commitment
The commitment can be adapted to your availability and preferences. You may choose to get involved on occasional basis, take on a regular assignment once a week, or lead several activities each week. Together, we will find a level of involvement that works for both you and your everyday life.
When and where the opportunity takes place
Our activities and groups take place in Växjö and the surrounding area. The assignment can be carried out both during the day and in the evening, depending on the activity and your availability.
