Vice Head of Finance at EWB Umeå
Do you want to help ensure that meaningful ideas become financially sustainable?
As Vice Head of Finance, you support the Head of Finance in maintaining the financial stability and transparency of EWB Umeå. You work together to ensure that projects and events are economically structured and aligned with the organization’s long-term goals.
You will:
- Assist with reimbursements and bookkeeping
- Support the preparation of financial reports
- Help review potential sponsors and partnerships
- Contribute to financial planning for events and initiatives
This position is ideal for someone structured, responsible, and interested in gaining practical experience in financial management within a non-profit organization. You gain hands-on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, financial evaluation, and sponsor assessment — all highly valuable skills for future roles in engineering, consulting, management, or entrepreneurship.

Minimum commitment
The role requires approximately 4 hours per week.
