Kvinnojouren Lund

Kvinnojouren Lund works to provide support, prevent violence, and advocate for social change. We support women, men, and transpersons who have experienced intimate partner violence, as well as their relatives and professionals who encounter these groups in their work.

Our organisation operates across eight municipalities in Skåne: Lund, Burlöv, Lomma, Kävlinge, Eslöv, Höör, Staffanstorp, and Svalöv.

We adopt a norm-critical approach and are firmly committed to maintaining an inclusive and nondiscriminatory workplace. Our vision is an equal society free from violence.

Our areas of expertise include:
  • - Gender-based violence
  • - Violence against LGBTQI+ individuals
  • - Honour-related violence and oppression

Kvinnojouren Lund was founded in 1979 as part of the Swedish women's rights movement and is one of Sweden's earliest established organisations within this particular movement.
