We are present in almost every country in the world. The work looks different in our municipality and across the globe, but the mission is the same no matter where we are – to work to prevent and alleviate human suffering in our world, wherever and whenever it occurs.

You decide! Personal commitment is the lifeblood of our work. As a member or volunteer in any of the Red Cross activities, you take a stand for a more humane world.
 You give a small part of your time. With us, your time is transformed into meaning.

Everything we do is about meeting local humanitarian needs in the municipality of Skellefteå in different ways. And the backbone of our work is voluntary engagement – that you, as a fellow human being, give your time.
