Overall working hours This role has a needs-based work by assisting teams traveling to and from the event with planning and itinerary changes as needed.

When and where the opportunity takes place

The assignment is carried out continuously indoors on the artificial turf pitch in Prioritet Serneke Arena, Krutvägen 2-4, 415 27 Gothenburg from October 30 to November 1, 2026. For this role, however, the needs-based work mainly takes place just before and after the tournament itself as the teams travel to and from the event.

Pumpkin Bowl is an international indoor flag football event – one of the fastest growing team sports in the world and an Olympic sport at LA28! Our vision is to create joy, community and lifelong sporting memories through a world-class event for youth, men and women, that brings together teams from all over the world to Gothenburg, Sweden’s event capitol, similar to Gothia Cup and Partille Cup! As a volunteer, you will be part of a dedicated team in Prioritet Serneke Arena, where 50+ teams from all over the world compete during the Halloween weekend on 29/10-1/11.
