You will collaborate with companies, speakers, and other stakeholders to organize inspiring events both on and off campus at Luleå University of Technology.

Minimum commitment
The role requires an average commitment of 2–4 hours per week, with some variation before larger events. You are expected to organize at least two events and one team-building activity per academic term. We are not expecting you to be fully experienced with events, but you need to be open to learn and take responsibility.
When and where the opportunity takes place
This is a volunteer role that can be carried out alongside your studies or other commitments. The work primarily takes place at Luleå University of Technology, with weekly meetings on campus. Planning and preparations can partly be done digitally and flexibly based on your schedule.
