Head of Partnerships for EWB KTH

Are you interested in corporate relations and building meaningful collaborations? Engineers Without Borders KTH is looking for a Head of Partnerships to help strengthen our external relations during the upcoming academic year.

As part of the Management Team, you’ll work with finding new partners and staying in touch with existing ones. This includes helping fund EWB’s projects, creating opportunities for events and collaborations, managing communication, and working closely with the rest of the team.

In this role, you’ll gain experience in stakeholder management, networking, communication with sustainability-focused companies and collaboration. In short, you'll connecting students with industry and contributing to a more sustainable future.

No prior experience is needed, just bring your motivation and curiosity. You’ll likely enjoy this role if you have:

A passion for Engineers Without Borders’ mission
Strong people skills and enjoy working in a structured, collaborative way
An interest in partnerships, corporate relations, or sales

Minimum commitment

The workload is flexible and averages around 6 hours per week, including meetings, activities, and some admin. The role is split between work within the Management Team and staying in touch with partners, and you’re expected to keep communication with them active and responsive. During May ’26, things are a bit slower, but you’re still expected to be available to take part in the handover from your predecessor and help gather lessons learned to set a strong foundation for the year ahead.

When and where the opportunity takes place

The role is based at KTH in Stockholm and includes a mix of on-campus and remote work. It runs throughout the academic year, with flexible hours depending on meetings and partner interactions. Since we’re recruiting the next group of leaders at EWB KTH, you’ll need to have at least one year left at KTH after this academic year. Note: EWB-KTH is a student-run organization and only accepts applications from current KTH students.
