Help children in Uganda volunteering at a half marathon in Stockholm

Would you like to help children at a school in Uganda? You can do it by volunteering at the Stockholm Premiärhalvan on 25 April! The Stockholm Premiärhalvan is a half-marathon, and you can find more information about the race here: https://www.stockholmmarathon.se/premiarhalvan We need 30 volunteers to help out, and all proceeds from the event will go to our school in Uganda.

Background:
In 2024, Living for Others built a school in Uganda thanks to generous donations and the help of young volunteers from Sweden and Uganda. Last year, we raised funds to build toilets, and this year we are raising money to provide better school desks and school supplies. About the role: 
Our role during the Premiärhalvan is to act as marshals. We will be stationed at Djurgården to ensure that no one (apart from runners and other authorised personnel) enters the course. 
You will be provided with a high-visibility vest, lunch and clear instructions when we meet on Saturday.
The assignment is only on Saturday between 9.30am and 2.30pm.

Premiärhalvan is a big celebration and it will be exciting to help out, plus you know you’re helping children in Uganda.
