Inspiring Youth
As Inspiring Youth Manager at Engineers Without Borders Luleå, you will be responsible for planning and organizing activities that inspire young people to learn more about engineering, technology and sustainability.
The purpose of the role is to create engaging and accessible activities that give children and young people a positive introduction to engineering and show how engineers can contribute to solving real-world challenges.

You develop workshops and events, contact schools and youth organizations, collaborate with the EWB team, manage documentation and email, set yearly goals and evaluate results.
The aim is to organize at least two Inspiring Youth events each year. Creativity, initiative and responsibility are key.

Minimum commitment
This is a voluntary position alongside your studies, requiring around 2–3 hours per week on average, with workload varying around events.
When and where the opportunity takes place
You will work closely with the Group Leader, Vice Group Leader, Event Coordinator and other EWB Luleå members. The role combines independent responsibility with teamwork and offers flexibility while contributing to the planning and delivery of Inspiring Youth activities.
