The Nomination Committee identifies, reviews and recommends candidates for elected roles within RKUF, both nationally and on the Uppsala board. Your work helps ensure future leaders reflect the organisation’s values, diversity and ambitions.

Main duties
Write and publish calls for applications.
Review applications, interview candidates and assess their fit with RKUF’s principles and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Prepare shortlists and recommendations for the national and Uppsala boards.
Coordinate timelines with the national committee.
Communicate decisions to applicants and members.

Who we are looking for
Under 31 years old.
Able to commit around 3–5 hours per week (more during application periods).
Strong communication skills, impartial judgment and good organisation.
Familiarity with RKUF’s values is required.
Relevant experience is a plus but not necessary.

Terms and conditions
One-year term, renewable once.
Volunteer role; travel costs reimbursed when needed.
Regular online meetings and 1–2 in-person meetings in Uppsala per semester.
