Recruitment Coordinator for Engineers Without Borders Luleå
In this role, you will work closely with the PR and Communications Coordinator and the rest of the leadership team to build a diverse group with various skills, academic backgrounds, and years of study.
You will help create an inclusive and inspiring organization where members thrive and grow.
Minimum commitment
This is a voluntary role performed alongside your studies, requiring an average of 2–4 hours per week. The workload is higher during major recruitment periods, especially at the start of each term. The mission spans one operational year.
When and where the opportunity takes place
The role is primarily based at Luleå University of Technology. Recruitment activities, interviews, and information sessions mainly take place on campus, while planning and communication can partly be handled digitally. The mission is active throughout the academic year, with the highest workload at the start of each term.
