Creative PR and Communications Coordinator - Engineers Without Borders
As a PR and Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining communication materials used to promote our events, projects, and recruitment activities.
You will ensure that Ingenjörer utan gränser Luleå has a clear, professional, and consistent visual profile, both internally and externally.
Minimum commitment
This is a voluntary role performed alongside your studies, requiring an average of 2–4 hours per week, with some variation during events and recruitment periods. The mission spans one operational year, with the possibility of extension or expanded responsibilities.
When and where the opportunity takes place
The work is primarily connected to Engineers Without Borders Luleå at Luleå University of Technology (LTU) and can largely be planned flexibly around your studies. Meetings are mainly held on campus in Luleå or digitally. Most PR and communication work can be completed remotely, while certain activities may require your presence during events, recruitment periods or other activities on campus. The role is active throughout the academic year, with periods of higher activity before major events.
