Supporter Care officer to our organisation empowering entrepreneurs in Sub Sahara African countries

Action10 is an entirely volunteer driven organization, with the mission to support local entrepreneurs in poor areas of Sub-Saharan African countries. 

Are you looking for an opportunity to volunteer and be a resource for change?
We are looking for a diligent, passionate and organized person with experience in managing and maintaining supporter care to join Action10 as Supporter care officer or Supporter recruitment officer.

These are critical roles within Action10. Our Supporter Care officers and Supporter Recruitment officers have direct contact with our supporters, who we want to give a very positive experience of their engagement in Action10. They keep track of supporters and give them an individual experience. They provide direct messages, and also work through our social media team and our event team. We want to reward our supporters with increased cross-cultural understanding,  a meaningful assignment, and a community to belong to.  We also want to be experts on how to reach out to new supporters with our good offer. 

 

 

 

Action10 is 100% volunteer driven. Each and everyone of us is deeply committed, because we are in a position where we are relied upon by our fellow volunteers, and, even more essentially: the individuals running projects in Sub-Saharan African countries. In this sense we are a like a big family, whose every member is important, appreciated, and encouraged to bring forward new ideas and take initiatives.   
Action10 is committed to operating with a minimum of administrative cost. You will join an organisation that aims at making 95% of funds raised reach those they were intended for. For this reason, we do not have an office, but manage a Notion collaboration plattfom. You are free to work on your task, towards your individual progress markers, at a location of your own convenience. Meanwhile, this working situation requires that we also regularly meet in person, in Stockholm.
Due to our promise to our partners, we do not get refunds on travel costs to meetings, and therefore we hope that you are resident in the Stockholm area. This way, we can make the most of our hybrid situation, and your volunteer experience will be socially rewarding, for you.
