Volunteer for the Viva Sounds 2026 music festival
Viva Sounds in Gothenburg is coming up again, and the festival is looking for volunteers who want to help make it happen. We at Sensus are a partner and are helping to find people who want to get involved.
Tasks vary depending on what's needed at the moment and what you enjoy most. Above all, we need people who want to work at the ticket office, scanning tickets, handing out wristbands, and answering visitors' questions. We also need people for merch sales, entrance staff at certain stages, and you can also be a runner, helping out wherever needed, from carrying equipment between stages to putting up signs and supporting the teams on site.
The festival runs from 26–28 November. You choose yourself whether you want to help out for one day or several, based on what suits you.
This is a great opportunity if you're curious about festival production, want to get closer to the music, or simply want to meet new people. You'll get to see how a big event comes together behind the scenes, and you'll be part of the Viva Sounds team during those days.
As a volunteer, you'll get meals on the days you work, access to the conference in addition to the festival itself, and a festival pass for all three days.

Minimum commitment
It's fairly flexible and something we can arrange together, but we'd appreciate it if you could work at least 6 hours, for example handing out festival wristbands and scanning tickets.
When and where the opportunity takes place
The festival runs from 26–28 November and takes place at various venues around central Gothenburg, including Pustervik, Oceanen, and Musikens Hus. Most venues are close to public transport, with good access to buses and trams. You'll get details on the exact location and times well ahead of the festival.
