We are looking for a new member to join our Nominations Committee. You will help identify and recommend people who can contribute to the organisation’s continued development.
What does the role involve?
As a member of the Nominations Committee, you will:
- Get to know and have dialogue with the current Board
- Keep track of the organisation’s needs and consider what skills and experience are needed going forward
- Identify and contact potential candidates
- Have conversations with people interested in Board positions
- Contribute to preparing the Board nominations ahead of the Annual General Meeting
- Work closely with the other members of the Nominations Committee
The role is active throughout the year with increased activity as the Annual General Meeting approaches. During the year, the focus is mainly on staying connected, following the organisation’s development and discussing future needs together.
You do not need previous experience of working on a Nominations Committee. What matters most is that you are curious, a good listener and interested in people and non-profit organisations. Experience in recruitment, board work or associations is a plus, but not a requirement.
How does it work?
We are a fully remote organisation, so the role is carried out online. Meetings and communication take place digitally, making the role flexible and easy to combine with work or other commitments.

Minimum commitment
Approximately 1–2 hours per week. The role is ongoing throughout the year, with a higher time commitment leading up to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The role is fully remote and can be carried out from anywhere. Meetings and communication take place online and are arranged as needed throughout the year.
