Join Rinkeby Book Festival 2027 as a Volunteer!
Would you like to be part of Stockholm’s largest literary event?
On 21–23 May 2027, Rinkeby Book Festival celebrates its 5th anniversary – and we are looking for volunteers to help us create an unforgettable festival!
As a volunteer, you may welcome and guide visitors, assist authors and other guests, support stages and talks, help with activities for children and young people, or assist with logistics and practical tasks.
No previous experience is required. We are looking for people who enjoy meeting others, are responsible and want to be part of a welcoming festival community.
Before the festival, we will meet for an introduction and preparations.

Minimum commitment
The festival takes place on 21–23 May 2027. You can volunteer for one or several days. We will also arrange volunteer meetings before the festival. Tasks and shifts will be assigned based on your interests, availability and the needs of the festival.

When: 21–23 May 2027, plus volunteer meetings before the festival. Where: Rinkeby, Stockholm. The festival takes place at several venues, including Rinkeby Folkets Hus, Rinkebyskolan, Rinkebyhallen and the surrounding festival area.
