DEST - Developing European education for Sustainability and Training
DEST is a non-profit NGO based in Malmö, Skåne, that is aims to improve the educational experience and employability of young adults, students and marginalized groups. The mission of DEST at it's core is to prepare young people to be the leaders of tomorrow through critical non-formal education. We wish to contribute towards a more sustainable, equal and democratic tomorrow by training future leaders today.
We work with developing educational strategies, courses, and workshops revolving around critical soft-skills, digitilisation, management and other necessary skills for the future job market. We also participate in advocacy on the municipal level for the rights of young adults.
In addition, we participate in EU funded projects. DEST is an organization that is constantly learning and growing from those it works with and those that work for it, we believe that all of our team members should have a voice that deserves to be heard.
