Vi letar efter 4 drivna individer mellan 18-30 som vill utvecklas och utmanas, leda projekt och bidra till att uppmuntra till kulturell förstÄelse samt ingÄ i en meriterande och kul gemenskap! Uppdraget pÄgÄr under hösten (med möjlighet till förlÀngning), med coaching och utbildning frÄn Nationalkommittén.
TillgÀngliga roller:
đ Vice-President Talent Management â ââAnsvarig för rekryteringsstrategi, on-boarding, gemenskap & engagemang. HĂ€r söker vi dig som vill ha praktisk HR-erfarenhet eller som Ă€lskar att knyta nya kontakter och skapa en community!
đ Vice-President Marketing & PR â Responsible for marketing strategy, PR, university relations, as well as international contacts to pitch our exchange programs to young people.
đ©” Vice-President Business Development â Responsible for building new partnerships with companies & organizations using B2B tools, as well as planning events to attend and contribute to our association strategy.
â€ïž Vice-President Product Management- Responsible for managing the exchange process for applicants, both nationally and internationally, as well as leading consultation collaboration within the organization (+ much more fun!).

AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-partisan, independent, not-for-profit organization run by youth, students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management, as well as topics such as personal development, coaching and problem-solving. Our belief is that sustainable, informed and globally-minded leadership can help us solve many of today's challenges. We provide young people with a global platform where they grow in confidence, gain experience and can achieve, fail, and learn through the challenging environment that our roles provide. They discover what really matters to them while creating a positive social impact in their community, as well as globally. The core of AIESEC is in cross-cultural exchanges, providing challenging and meaningful experiences for youth by connecting them to different exchange opportunities for volunteering and internships, allowing them to develop personally, as well as professionally.
