This is a critical role within Action10. Our Officer Supporter Care and Events has direct contact with our current and future supporters, who we want to give a very positive experience of Action10. They keep track of current and potential supporters and give them an individual experience. They provide direct messages, and also work through our social media team. We want to reward our supporters with increased cross-cultural understanding, a meaningful assignment, and a community to belong to.
Your profile
- Degree in social science, marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience from managing and maintaining customers or supporter, organising events or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in communication.
- Knowledge of Notion and GDPR is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Good command of Swedish
Minimum commitment
Four work hours per week for a period of two years or more. In-person attendance at monthly meetings (first Tuesday pm of every month) in Stockholm. On-line attendance at monthly meetings.
