Wanted: Volunteers for The Salvation Army's EU-center in Kungsholmen

Do you want to make a difference? Are you passionate about helping people? You have opened the right volunteer ad! :) 

The Salvation Army's EU-center is a social center at Fridhemsplan, Kungsholmen. We offer basic needs support (food, showers, laundry services, practical help), job coaching and information about the Swedish society. Our guests are vulnerable EU citizens, third country nationals and asylym seekers aged 18+. Society has limited opportunities to meet the needs and support of our guests. Therefore, our center's aim is to bridge the gaps where society is not enough.

As a volunteer, we appreciate your help in the kitchen, the heart of our center. However, there is also room for your personal interests and skills. Our guests and staff speak many different languages, so you do not need to speak Swedish.
